The Best New Movies And Shows To Stream On Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, HBO, Apple TV+, Paramount+ And Disney+ This Week

If you’re like me, then you have multiple subscriptions to several different streaming platforms—which are all constantly adding new movies. Which begs the question each successive week: What do I watch?

For me, it helps to have all of those new films in one place. So in this article, I’ll run through the biggest new movies on major stream platforms, such as NetflixNFLX

Cobra Kai: Season 5 (Netflix)

Thirty years after their final confrontation at the 1984 All Valley Karate Tournament, Johnny Lawrence is at rock-bottom as an unemployed handyman haunted by his wasted life. However, when Johnny rescues bullied kid Miguel from tormentors, he is inspired to restart the notorious Cobra Kai dojo.

Moonfall (HBO)

The world stands on the brink of annihilation when a mysterious force knocks the moon from its orbit and sends it hurtling toward a collision course with Earth. With only weeks before impact, NASA executive Jocinda “Jo” Fowler teams up with a man from her past and a conspiracy theorist for an impossible mission into space to save humanity.

Pinocchio (Disney+)

Tom Hanks plays Geppetto, a kindhearted but lonely Italian woodcarver and toymaker who builds and raises Pinocchio as if he were his real son.

Central Park: Season 3 (Apple TV+)

Owen Tillerman and his family live an unconventional life in New York’s bustling Central Park, which Owen manages. Now, they’ll have to fend off a wealthy hotel heiress who wants to turn the park into condos. Starring Josh Gad, Kathryn Hahn, Leslie Odom, Jr.

The Cove (Hulu)

In Taiji, Japan, local fishermen hide a gruesome secret: the capture and slaughter of dolphins. Activist Ric O’Barry, who trained dolphins for the “Flipper” TV series, joins forces with filmmaker Louis Psihoyos and the Ocean Preservation Society to expose the brutal practice, risking life and limb in the process.

Everyday people find themselves in the midst of a global tragedy when two Boeing 737 Max planes crashed in 2018 and 2019.

Chef’s Table: Pizza (Netflix)

Chef’s Table goes inside the lives and kitchens of the world’s most renowned international chefs. Each episode focuses on a single chef and their unique look at their lives, talents and passion from their piece of culinary heaven.

The Brave One (HBO)

New York radio host Erica Bain (Jodie Foster) endures a brutal attack that leaves her badly injured and her beloved fiance dead. The tragedy haunts her, and she sets forth on a personal quest for revenge. Her exploits captivate city residents but, as a determined detective (Terrence Howard) closes in on her, Erica wonders if she is now no better than those she hunts.
