However, the announcement stated that an investment opportunity offered by the firm at 12:00 pm ET on June 30, 2020. Apart from this, the firm has notified that once it is live, the offering will be available on the listing page of EquityZen.
This will include information regarding investment opportunity along with pricing and valuation. The firm further added that the offering details should be kept confidential.
It was noted that EquityZen used to buy equity in private companies. Additionally, the offer announced by the firm according to users is to buy shares on a secondary market. There is nothing to do with the IPO.
