Bryan Wright Came To Ukraine To Help. It Almost Killed Him.

Bryan Wright was the artistic director for a small company in South Carolina when, in late 2021, Russia began massing forces along the border with Ukraine.

Wright felt compelled to help. So he flew to Poland, bumbled his way into Ukraine and, after being mistaken for a spy, finally began running supplies to Ukrainian civilians in war-ravaged towns.

But a bizarre injury slowly poisoned his body and mind. After a few weeks, he faced a heartbreaking choice. Give up on Ukraine and save his health. Or save his health … and lose his soul.
