A Look Inside The Milwaukee Bucks’ 15-Game Winning Streak

Despite trailing by 10 points at halftime, the Milwaukee Bucks rallied late for a 118-104 Tuesday night in Brooklyn, extending their winning streak to 15 games — the longest streak in the NBA this season and the league’s longest since the Phoenix Suns rattled off 18 victories in a row last season.

The streak is also the Bucks’ longest since 2020, when they also won 18 in a row. It’s the fourth-longest streak in franchise history, trailing a 20-game streak by the 1970-71 squad, the aforementioned 18-game run in 2019-20 and a 16-game streak earlier in the 1970-71 season.

They’ll try to make it 16 in a row Wednesday night against Orlando back home in Milwaukee but until then, here are a few of the most noteworthy stats from the Bucks’ recent surge up the Eastern Conference standings.

Road warriors: Seven of the Bucks’ victories during the streak came away from Milwaukee, giving them the third-longest road winning streak in the league this season while also tying their franchise record for most consecutive road victories.

Top of the Heap: After posting victory No. 14 Sunday against the Suns, the Bucks were idle Monday night but moved into the top spot in the East by percentage points when the Celtics fell to Philadelphia.

By The Numbers: During the streak, Milwaukee was averaging 123 points on 48.8% shooting compared to 112.4 points on 45.6% shooting in their first 46 games. … The Bucks 10-0 record marked the first time in franchise history they went undefeated in February and fourth time overall that they’ve gone undefeated in a month (minimum three games). … Giannis Antetokounmpo left two games early because of injuries during the streak and sat out another but has scored at least 30 points in 10 of 12 games during the streak. …
