Brits, Turks, Azeri and Armeni, Georgians and Swiss, even Albanians, are to meet at the Prague Castle in two weeks for the launch of the European Political Community.
That’s alongside Germany, France, Italy and the rest of the EU members in what may well be the beginning of the shift in the center of global gravity, or just another talking shop that won’t go anywhere.
