Seth Curry Agrees To 2-Year Deal With Dallas Mavericks

What’s old is new again. The Dallas Mavericks and veteran guard Seth Curry have agreed on a two-year deal to bring the three-point specialist back to Dallas for his third go-around with the organization, ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reports.

The Mavericks will sign Curry using their $4.5 million biannual exception, ESPN’s Tim MacMahon reports. That should leave the team’s $12.4 million Mid Level Exception available.

Curry previously played for Dallas during the 2016-17 and 2019-20 seasons. In his two seasons with Dallas, Curry averaged 12.6 points, 2.4 rebounds and 2.3 assists while shooting 48.7% overall and 43.9% from deep. He is a career 43.5% three-point shooter.

Last year, Curry averaged 9.2 points, 1.6 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 61 games with the Brooklyn Nets.
