Donald Trump Crypto Wealth Revealed: What’s He Holding?

There was a time when Donald Trump, the US presidential candidate, called cryptocurrency a scam, but that has changed this time. While being the US President, Trump spoke against cryptocurrency on multiple occasions. However, a completely different picture is visible in his current campaigns. And now, things have gotten much more interesting as Donald Trump’s crypto wealth is revealed, which is much more than expected. 

It has been more than a decade since the introduction of cryptocurrency, and many were not the biggest fans, including Trump. But things are changing, and giants like Godman Sachs revealed Bitcoin holdings, and many more with the same, showing a changing perspective and ruling of crypto. 

Donald Trump Portfolio Includes Millions Worth Crypto

Trump has become a crypto follower with a promise of bringing crypto regulations and industry development. However, his crypto portfolio is still a shock to many. Per the recent revelations, trump holds over 1M in Ethereum and many other cryptos and NFTs. 

This revelation comes after campaign filings on August 15 with the United States Office Of Government Ethics. The filing disclosed Donald Trump’s crypto portfolio, carrying Ethereum, stablecoins, Trump meme coins, NFTs, and many branded bibles. 

Breakdown of Crypto Holdings

Arkham Intelligence, a research firm, has analyzed the Donald Trump crypto holding, exposing a portfolio of  $3.6 million. As per the firm reports, there are 492.5 Ethereum (worth around $1.29 million), 377.465 wrapped Ethereum tokens (worth around $989,500), and USDC worth $136,290. 

Additionally, the biggest crypto holdings are in altcoins like Trog (TROG) and Gua (GUA), carrying a value of $370,210 and $339,420, respectively. Trump also holds many meme coins based on him, like MAGA Again (MAGAA), Fight to MAGA (FIGHT), MAGA VP (MVP), MAGA Hat (MAGA), BabyTrump, and many others. Out of these, the biggest holding was for MAGAA, of around $132,760, whereas the rest are worth $50,000. 

However, it is uncertain whether the ex-president is somehow related to these meme-based cryptos or not. Moreover, there are many other crypto tokens like LION, FIGHT, etc, whose value is less than $0. 

In an unrelated category, Trump has also made $300K on branded Bibles, which cost $59.99 per piece and include a handwritten chorus of “God Bless the U.S.A.” composed by Lee Greenwood, a country singer. 

US ex-President Made Million With NFTs

Other than cryptocurrency, Trump has millions in NFTs, where he has received  $7.15 million from a licensing deal with NFT INT, an NFT firm. Also, Trump launched an NFT series of Trump Digital Trading Cards, each costing $99, making 15,808 Ethereum per Opensea data. 

NFTs were the first entry of Trump into the digital assets world. And now he is calling for a crypto army, making crypto made in America, and many more promises to develop the industry.

Donald Trump’s crypto wealth revelation has shocked investors as the ex-president holds between $1-$5 million in crypto alone. Out of which, he had Ethereum (ETH) worth 377.465 and wrapped Ethereum tokens of $989,500. Other than that, his portfolio has a major share in meme-themed cryptos ($182,760) and altcoins like Trog (TROG) and Gua (GUA) worth $370,210 and $339,420. Not to forget, he has also made millions with his NFT series. With this investment revelation, Trump’s popularity among crypto users has taken a positive turn, as the opposition has a different approach toward crypto.
