Bybit and the presentation of the new AI applications of the crypto-exchange
The CEO of Bybit, Ben Zhou, has presented the new AI applications of the crypto-exchange. Specifically, in his post on X, Zhou divides the applications based on Artificial Intelligence for customers from those that are for internal use of the platform.
In fact, for customers, Bybit has introduced CryptoLens, TradeGPT, and the AI Support Agent.
The CryptoLens provides an in-depth analysis of projects, with AI working to provide data on the community, fundamentals, social trends, and tokenomics. It is a tool to understand a project from different perspectives, and it can also be used on those projects not listed on Bybit.
Regarding TradeGPT, it is an agent trained with Bybit database that provides a quick price analysis and conducts technical analyses.
The AI Support Agent, on the other hand, is responsible for customer assistance, helping the Bybit team respond directly to customer inquiries.
In this regard, Zhou emphasizes that the AI Agent can never replace humans, as bots are not yet able to manage emotional factors. However, with human support, the bots can obtain the right access and security verification tools to be able to answer customer questions.
Bybit: AI also for internal use
As anticipated, Zhou then stated that AI has also been introduced for internal use applications.
Among others, therefore, Bybit’s AI is used for testing (AITest), translation (AITranslation), internal training (AIWiki), project management (OSOP), drafting legal documents (AILegal).
Not only that, AI is also being explored for basic programming (AIcoding), completely improving the efficiency of every link.
In the case of translation, for example, AI helps the Bybit team to serve more than 160 countries, as it currently supports more than 20 languages.
This means that every publication of articles, products, and social media content can be translated by AI, not only accurately but also with a native tone.

The bridge between CeFi and DeFi with Avalon
“`
Besides AI, Bybit has made headlines this month also for its strategic partnership with Avalon Finance.
In practice, this collaboration allows the emerging platform for Bitcoin capital markets to offer Bybit customers yield products on BTC.
To succeed in the mission, Avalon has developed this interoperability bridge that allows Bybit CeFi users to access DeFi products built on Babylon, the Bitcoin-native layer 1.
Specifically, users can invest BTC in DeFi protocols without having to move them to other decentralized wallets, but by keeping them on the CEX.
