Cathie Wood’s investment management firm, Ark Invest, is selling shares of Coinbase (COIN), Nvidia (NVDA), and Robinhood (HOOD) despite earnings exceeding expectations. The prices of these three stocks have increased by over 30% in the past month.

According to transactions observed by COINOTAG, Cathie Wood’s Ark Invest company has sold a total of 72,242 Coinbase shares with a value exceeding $12 million. The sales of Coinbase shares this week are as follows:

On February 22, ARK Innovation ETF (ARKK) sold 2,828 Coinbase shares. Following the earnings report that exceeded expectations and with COIN shares reaching a two-year high of $190, Ark Invest funds sold COIN shares with a value of $31 million.

On February 21, ARK Innovation ETF (ARKK) sold 31,747 Coinbase shares, and Ark Fintech Innovation ETF (ARKF) disposed of 8,936 COIN shares. On February 20, ARK Innovation ETF (ARKK) sold 19,732 Coinbase shares, Ark Fintech Innovation ETF (ARKF) sold 4,970 COIN shares, and ARK Next Generation Internet ETF (ARKW) disposed of 4,029 Coinbase shares.

The Coinbase (COIN) stock price fell by 12.26% this week. On Friday, COIN closed at $165.98, dropping an additional 0.59% after hours.

Cathie Wood Also Sells Nvidia and Robinhood Stocks

Despite optimistic views on artificial intelligence (AI), Cathie Wood’s Ark funds decided to continue selling Nvidia shares this week. Last week, ARK Autonomous Technology & Robotics ETF (ARKQ) disposed of 12,146 Google and 2,707 Nvidia shares. ARKW also sold 1,969 NVIDIA shares.

On February 22, ARK Next Generation Internet ETF (ARKW) sold 5,067 Nvidia shares worth $4 million. The NVDA price increased by 6.41% this week, closing at $788.17 on Friday. Additionally, ARKW sold 190,413 Robinhood shares on February 20, and ARKF disposed of 104,669 shares. ARK also sold an additional 37,312 shares on February 22.

The HOOD price increased by 8.46% this week. Robinhood Markets’ stock price closed at $14.48 on Friday, 3.65% higher, with an additional 1.17% increase after hours.
