Binance Founder Changpeng Zhao Returns to Crypto – Shares Strong Signal of What’s Coming Next

Changpeng Zhao (CZ), the founder of the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange Binance, may have returned to the field, judging by his recent statements.

As is known, CZ, who was recently sentenced to prison by the US and spent about four months in prison, was also forced to leave his position as Binance CEO.

However, it seems that even if he leaves Binance, he will be more involved with the exchange’s associated cryptocurrency network, BNB Chain.

Zhao said in a statement minutes ago that “BNB Chain has been kept in a cage for a long time and it is time to be released from this cage.” In addition, he retweeted a post from a follower who argued that “Zhao cannot be held captive” and stated that he will now focus on BNB Chain.

Notably, CZ recently introduced a memecoin launch platform and its first memecoin to his followers, which launched on BNB Chain. The memecoin, called Test (TST), was listed on Binance and had surpassed a market cap of $500 million. However, according to the latest data, the token’s market cap has dropped to $163 million.
