The blockchain infrastructure supporting the AB Charity Foundation’s activities is provided by AB DAO, which also provides technical support for the Foundation. 15% to 30% of the gas fees from each transaction on the AB public chain are automatically transferred to a designated charity fund via smart contract automation. This system makes a new operational paradigm for charitable financing possible by combining full-chain auditability, automated distribution, on-chain fundraising, and third-party compliance assurance.
Additionally, the Foundation’s pool will receive 15% to 30% of the earnings from investments made by the AB Ecosystem Fund. Numerous projects have already benefited from the fund, and more are planned, enhancing the Foundation’s ability to continue its purpose financially.
