The altcoin season indicator in the cryptocurrency market is at 45/100 based on the last 90 days of performance data. This ratio suggests that a full-blown altcoin season hasn’t yet begun, but many altcoins have outperformed Bitcoin (BTC).
As a reminder, according to the altcoin season index, an “altcoin season” is considered when more than 75% of altcoins surpass BTC.
While Bitcoin has gained 2.13% over the last 90 days, many altcoins have offered much higher returns. The top 100 cryptocurrencies with the highest gains compared to Bitcoin, along with their respective 90-day gains, are as follows:

While Bitcoin only rose 2.13%, the altcoins listed above saw much higher gains. OKB, PENGU, and AERO are particularly notable for their over 100% growth over the past 90 days.
Recently, there has been an attack, especially on the Ethereum side, and the ETH price recently rose above $4,900.
