- Two tech retail giants in Ukrain are now going to accept payments in Bitcoin.

The two biggest tech-based retailers in Ukraine, Techno Izhak and Stylus, is all set to accept Bitcoin as a payment method.
As per the reports by Bitcoin Magazine, quoting Ukrainian Internet publication, Obozrevatel, the two powerful tech retailers, is all set to permit customers to make payments in Bitcoin for goods and services.
Payments can be made by Whitepay.
According to the reports, customers can use Whitepay to make payments. It will also act as the company’s helper between customers and dealers. Whitepay runs as a subordinate of WhiteBIT, the biggest European crypto exchange.
The report also states that clients will be allowed to use Bitcoin for payment in both online and offline stores, which total over 100 retail locations across both tech-based firms. Clients who pay personally will be allowed to use the custom point-of-sale system of Whitepay. It gives a QR code to dealers to make the transaction. The QR code will be available with all the details on the recent exchange rate included, as well as the time period the transaction takes to finish off on the network.
Ukraine and digital currency.
The report also claims that the interest of the country in Bitcoin has significantly increased all over the Russian attack. At the beginning of this year, a digital donation for Ukraine, also known as @aid for Ukraine, was started to help the armed force of the country. As per the data, the government received nearly $60M through donations, which eventually led to the developing interest of the citizens toward digital currency.
At the beginning of the year, the president of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, passed an “On Virtual Currency” bill, which gives a legal structure for Bitcoin to run with the economy of the country.
