Bitcoin To Become A Tax Payment Method In Lugano

PlanB took off in September 2021 as an initiative intended to turn Lugano into a Bitcoin ($BTC) and blockchain hub.

During the PlanB conference in Lugano on October 20, the panel moved a motion to push the adoption of Bitcoin ($BTC) in the Swiss city. Among the panelists include the Mayor of Lugano and CEO of Tetragon Pavel Matveev and other prominent leaders that partook in PlanB.

The city has introduced a pegged stablecoin known as Lugano ($LUGA), which is tied to the value of Bitcoin. This stablecoin is accepted for transactions at more than 350 businesses within the city. Around 20 percent of Lugano’s residents have an active Lugano wallet.

Moreover, as of December 1, the city administration will also start acknowledging Bitcoin for tax payments. It remains to be determined how this move will impact the perception and price of Bitcoin ($BTC) and other digital assets.

Bitcoin ($BTC) Represents Quality, Says Expert

Bitcoin ($BTC) gained 10.50% between October 16 and October 21, rising from $27,154.14 to $30,008.75. The most substantial percentage of this price increase occurred on October 16 after the false news of Blackrock’s spot Bitcoin ETF getting approved broke. This event saw Bitcoin ($BTC) jump 7% from $27,154.14 to $30,000.

Expectedly, the development aroused speculations and comments from crypto enthusiasts. Precisely, the CEO of Blackrock, Larry Fink, weighed in on the situation. He said that while the upsurge in the price of Bitcoin ($BTC) resulted from a fake report airing, it also indicates a growing desire for a haven by institutional investors.

He alluded to the ongoing altercation between Israel and Palestine as creating financial uncertainty. Hence, investors are seeking haven in trustable assets such as gold but are also looking forward to Bitcoin ($BTC) joining the list. Larry Fink describes this situation as running to quality.

That essentially insinuates that Bitcoin ($BTC) represents quality. Also, the adoption of $BTC in Lugano reflects the potential role of Bitcoin as an essential currency in the financial market.

Bitcoin ($BTC) is currently trading at $30,000.31, but analysts expect a 3.4% correction to $28,943.67 in the short term, followed by bullish forecasts in the longer term based on recent developments.

BorroeFinance ($ROE) Records Broader Adoption

On the back of the report that Lugano will begin to accept Bitcoin as a tax payment method, BorroeFinance ($ROE) has recorded increased adoption by institutional investors. This growing acceptance of BorroeFinance ($ROE) stems from its extensive utilities across the Web3 sector and its role in transforming traditional finance.

BorroeFinance is developing in areas where conventional funding systems have struggled to adjust to the ever-changing digital landscape.

BorroeFinance is a new DeFi project and an AI-driven platform aiding content creators and Web3 users in quickly monetizing their future earnings, such as subscriptions, royalties, and invoices, by selling them to their loyal communities.

Companies leverage BorroeFinance to create NFTs based on their upcoming invoices and sell them at a reduced rate in the marketplace. The platform backs equal distribution of value among creators and users.

BorroeFinance is in the second stage of its presale, with $ROE valued at $0.015 per token. Early backers of BorroeFinance ($ROE) have bagged 50% ROI from the beta stage. With $ROE prepping for a rally to $0.040 at the end of the presale, investors stand to make 167% profit from the current price level.

This projection makes BorroeFinance ($ROE) the best cryptocurrency to invest in today, according to experts.

The CEO elaborated on Ripple’s evolution, highlighting its origins in payment solutions and its subsequent expansion.
