A recent lull in the stablecoin sector is raising alertness over potential liquidity challenges in the cryptocurrency landscape, affecting Bitcoin among others. Data from Markus Thielen, Head of Research at Matrixport, shows that the daily issuance of stablecoins, on a rolling seven-day metric, has entered negative territory, settling near zero.
