Jan3 CEO Samson Mow stated that Bitcoin (BTC) is undervalued by 24-66% compared to gold and global money supply, signaling a price reversal. The Z-score of the BTC/gold ratio is currently at -1.24, and historically, when this value fell below -2, major price rallies occurred. April gold futures closed on Friday at 5.247,90 dollars, while tokenized gold PAX Gold USD was trading at 5.404,14 dollars.

BTC Z-Score Historical Performance
The Z-score metric shows the position of the BTC price relative to its historical average; below -2 values, during the FTX collapse in November 2022, BTC rose more than 150%, and in the March 2020 Covid crash, it increased by more than 300%. Mow’s view contradicts some analysts’ prediction that BTC could fall to 50.000 dollars due to Middle East tensions; BTC is currently trading around 65.972,84 dollars (-0.37% 24h).
