Michael Saylor, executive chairman of Strategy, has reignited conversation in the crypto world with a bold declaration: “The only thing better than Bitcoin is more Bitcoin.”
Backing that claim, Saylor shared data showing his company’s stock, MSTR, has outperformed every major asset over the past five years — including Bitcoin itself.
While BTC posted a remarkable 905% gain during that period, MSTR soared an astonishing 3,558%. By comparison, QQQ rose 106%, the S&P 500 gained 86%, and gold lagged at 62%. Bonds and real estate underperformed significantly, with BND down 19% and VNQ up just 9%.
Fueling this growth is Strategy’s relentless Bitcoin accumulation. The firm recently added 4,225 BTC to its reserves — a $472.5 million buy — pushing its total holdings to 601,550 BTC, worth over $73 billion. With a market cap now exceeding $116 billion, Strategy has become the undisputed leader in corporate Bitcoin ownership.
The post sparked fresh debate across the crypto community. Supporters view Saylor’s commitment as visionary, while skeptics caution that the company’s heavy BTC exposure carries serious risk. Still, voices like Lark Davis echoed Saylor’s confidence, calling Bitcoin “the only Strategy.”
Meanwhile, longtime crypto bull Robert Kiyosaki is sticking to his prediction that Bitcoin will hit $1 million by 2035, and sees $200K–$250K as a realistic target for next year. Following BTC’s recent all-time high of $123,000, he confirmed he’s buying more — citing economic instability as his main motivation.
