MicroStrategy has announced the purchase of 16,130 bitcoins for $593.3 million, bringing its total bitcoin holdings to 174,530. The average price paid for each bitcoin was $36,785. This latest acquisition marks MicroStrategy’s continued commitment to bitcoin as a strategic investment and a means of preserving its balance sheet. As of November 29, 2023, MicroStrategy’s average cost per bitcoin is $30,252.
