The majority of these Bitcoin assets were moved directly to trading platforms, indicating active liquidation strategies. Following this substantial BTC outflow, Galaxy Digital also withdrew 1.15 billion USDT from these exchanges, reflecting a strategic repositioning of their stablecoin holdings. Despite these large-scale transactions, the firm retains a considerable Bitcoin reserve of 18,504 BTC, currently worth about $2.14 billion.
