Emory University has taken a bold step as the first U.S. university to publicly invest in Bitcoin, committing over $15 million to Grayscale Bitcoin Mini ETF. According to an SEC filing dated October 25, Emory holds 2,678,906 shares worth $15,082,241 as of September 30. This aligns with rising institutional interest in crypto, with recent spot Bitcoin ETF inflows totaling $188 million. BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust led with $165.5 million in inflows, underscoring growing confidence in crypto ETFs.
