The U.S. Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit said that the Securities and Exchange Commission erred in denying cryptocurrency investment behemoth Grayscale permission to turn its well-known bitcoin trust into an ETF, which sent the bitcoin price soaring on Tuesday.
