Are you a Bitcoin maximalist who’s tired of the constant barrage of shitcoiners degrading its value proposition with “cryptocurrencies,” scamming newcomers out of their hard earned funds, and stealing its market cap?
Imitators, often ranging from Ethereum to DogeRocketMusk, miss the actual point of what decentralization and scarcity are all about – they miss the actual value or care little about what Bitcoin could actually do for the world. Shitcoins are either highly inflationary, centrally controlled, vulnerable to attack, dependent on AWS, or sometimes even all of the above.
Oftentimes, their creators are there for nothing more than to rug pull and conduct “get rich quick” schemes. Shitcoiners are the modern day timeshare salesmen or, as more simply put, con-artists.
CyberArena is the world’s first interactive battle metaverse powered by revenue generated from both Web3 and a vast Web2 audience
What if I told you there’s a free fighting game where you can choose to play as Michael Saylor – defender of Bitcoin – and destroy “competitors” with your laser eyes? Or you could play as shadowy Satoshi Nakamoto and beat up altcoin creators and CEX CEOs from Vitalik Buterin to Richard Heart.
Wherever you stand on the Bitcoin vs. altcoin debate, CryptoArena is picking up considerable momentum within both the gaming and crypto communities. In fact, it’s frequently been referred to as “the fight club of crypto.” CryptoArena now boasts nearly 300,000 matches played with 35,000 newly registered accounts since its launch only around 3 weeks ago. Fans of fighting games, cryptocurrency, and PvP now have a new forum to relieve their bear market frustrations. Rather than rage quitting cryptocurrency over the most recent rug pull or yelling at a random person through the internet on Twitter suspecting they may be a con-artist, you can instead vent those frustrations within the battlegrounds of CryptoArena.
Where Did CryptoArena Come From?
Imperium Games created CryptoArena as a free-to-play minigame to raise awareness of their entrance into the Web3 space. Imperium Games is a large, real-world motion-capture gaming studio run by veterans of the traditional Web2 and console gaming world. Unlike most crypto companies or shitcoiners, they’ve actually utilized blockchain technology to deliver a fun, action packed, and bone crunching fighting game instead of merely launching a token which represents promises that fail to ever deliver.
While their team comes from a traditional game studio background, they’re now primarily looking to refocus their efforts on building in the Web3 space. Their latest project – CyberArena Metaverse – promises to bring the intense gameplay showcased in the CryptoArena minigame. However, CyberArena asserts the game’s playability and smooth combat sequences, interesting saga and character lore, cutting-edge graphics, and everything else that makes up a great game – this will be on a whole new level beyond CryptoArena.
The Imperium Games team has delivered a fun and playable game with CryptoArena. Playing it brought me back to my days as a kid locked inside of my bedroom for hours playing Mortal Kombat, Street Fighter, or Tekken. It’s refreshing to see someone actually producing value behind their token in the cryptosphere – it’s even better because I personally enjoyed playing the game and using the product.
It’s not every day you get to pretend or visualize yourself as Elon “The Goat” and take so many of these con-artists outside to literally knock the coins out of them… I’m looking forward to seeing what the full CyberArena game has to offer.
