Sandeep Nailwal, the co-founder of the world’s largest blockchain ecosystem, Polygon, has taken to the popular online platform Reddit to engage with the community, hosting an “Ask me anything” (AMA) session that provided a unique opportunity for individuals to interact with him and delve into his visionary mind.
On May 24, Sandeep Nailwal posted Hi, r/India, I’m Sandeep Nailwal, the co-founder of Polygon on Reddit. Crypto enthusiasts in India take the opportunity to ask their doubts and interact with Sandeep Nailwal. People started asking interesting questions in the AMA session.
Polygon Co-founder’s Vision for Start-ups in India
Sandeep replied to the question of how the integration of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies has influenced traditional sectors in India. Polygon’s co-founder believes that if the regularity environment eases up, that will allow VCs to provide capital to experiment with start-ups, and some of the right ones will eventually be able to bring the right business model.
One of the most important things to do for crypto on behalf of Polygon Labs is to make blockchain technology more mainstream. Sandeep states that Polygon Labs feels that its job is to educate on the use of blockchains and promote maximum experimentation. However, it’s up to the builders to find sustainable business models to bring millions of users to Web3, thereby making it mainstream.
Moreover, Sandeep expressed that the long-term vision of Polygon Lab is to become the value layer of the internet. That means applications that want to create value on the internet are able to use Polygon. And also, it envisions becoming the crypto layer or application layer of crypto. While Ethereum provides that security and decentralization, Polygon aims to provide that scale for applications to onboard millions of users. He added that a lot more will come soon on all these fronts.
