Today’s Wordle #604 Hint, Clues And Answer For Monday, February 13th

Monday has returned, and soon enough winter will return—or at least the snow is returning. The snow we’ve already gotten has barely melted and another storm is about to pummel us with up to another foot of the white fluffy stuff.

Yesterday was the Super Bowl, and a pretty great game as far as Super Bowls go, with plenty of drama and excitement, a contest between two great teams at the top of their game.

Granted, the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles aren’t quite the rivalry that me and Wordle Bot are, and American football isn’t quite as exciting as a tense Wordle competition, but it was still fun.

Alright, let’s do this Wordle!

How To Solve Today’s Wordle

The Hint: If you don’t have unlimited data, pay attention to this.

The Clue: This Wordle has more vowels than consonants.

The Answer (Spoilers):

I feel pretty good about this one. My opening guess—touch for touchdown—wasn’t great but it could have been much worse. Burns felt kind of lousy at first, only expanding my one yellow box to two yellow boxes, but I learned later that it actually narrowed my options down to just three.

From here I only thought of two words: segue and usage. As I almost always do, I went with the word with the most letter variety. Segue’s double E’s made me avoid it and I’m glad I followed my gut on this one. Usage for the win!

That’s one point for guessing in three and zero for tying Wordle Bot (alas!) for a total of 1. I’ll take it! I am the champion of the world!

Have a great Monday, folks!
