- Jeremy Ryan is launching a charity fund for the victims of hurricane Ian.
- Ryan went from a cancer survivor to one of the biggest NFT artists
The world is learning about Non Fungible Tokens (NFT). Every now and then, there is news of images being sold for thousands or even millions of dollars. Artists are paying attention too – the number of NFT artists is increasing rapidly. IntoTheBlock reported in April this year that there were 80,300 NFT collections on Ethereum which is a 104.5% increase in 2022 alone.
The biggest artist in the BNB chain is Jeremy Ryan aka “NFT Demon.” Ryan has minted the highest number of NFTs; new collections; and completely minted NFTs with the highest number of collections with over 10,000 tokens. Some of his famous works include Bad Ass Doggos, Cartel Punks, and Gaming Shiba.
Jeremy Ryan was diagnosed with brain cancer. He successfully battled cancer and it was during recovery that he developed an interest in art. Within just one month of entering the digital art space, Ryan earned the pseudonym of NFT Demon because he was the biggest artist on the BNB chain. Rapper Eminem is one among millions who have bought his art.
NFT Demon will launch Super Gremlin, a charity collection aimed at creating awareness about cancer in the Web3 community. A fraction of the proceeds will be donated to Brain Cancer Awareness Month which is observed in May in the US, Australia and Canada. Long term holders of NFTs will receive benefits including exclusive passes for metaverse events and special offers on NFTs.
Super Gremlin is unlike other NFT collections. While others are curated for profits, Super Gremlin was created to generate awareness about grave issues like diseases and calamities.
Ryan will launch a charity NFT mint on Few and Far to fund Hurricane relief in the wake of Hurricane Ian to aid local communities that were impacted by the calamity. Few and Far is a new marketplace designed on the NEAR blockchain. The collection, “Schnauzers In Trousers” contains 2500 NFTs that can be minted.
