On 20th September, 2022, private email system Tildamail partnered with Stellar. It noted the partnership in the wake of their initiative to develop a system that could enable sending of Stellar Lumens (XLM) and USDC via mail. With the development of such a regime, Stellar users can take advantage of this offering.
Following the launch, the innovation is being taken as a considerable leap for Stellar Lumens (XLM). While using Tildamail, approx 7 million Stellar accounts will be eligible to send and receive Stellar Lumens tokens.
Clearly the innovation is quite frictionless and potentially more leaning towards offering more utilities for (XLM) users.
Stellar Lumens intends to bring the distributed financial system all over the world together. Following the recent initiative, Stellar network has seen a crucial development in its way to achieve its end goal.
Primarily the network provides a protocol to initiate payments while supporting different financial service providers as well as institutions indulged in payment solutions. Moreover the protocol offers low cost fund transfers through the native token Stellar Lumens (XLM). The token acts as an intermediary asset to facilitate transactions between users over the blockchain.
Co-founder and CEO of USDC stablecoin issuer firm Circle, Jemmy Allaire went on to Twitter regarding the partnership. He said in his Twitter post that the Stellar developers are gettin compatible with the applications of USDC. Recently, prominent stock trading platform Robinhood listed the stablecoin.
Although the recent development in the initiative could come as an impressive move to help in achieving some growth. For quite some time, the second biggest stablecoin within the crypto space in terms of market cap, is struggling to compete for the top stablecoin position. Currently Tether’s USDT holds the top rank in stablecoin space within the crypto market.
Along with being a private email system, Tildamail also facilitates decentralized file storage. Users can send files along with the messages with end-to-end encryption.
