Modern Warfare II’ Reveal Wednesday

The big worldwide reveal for Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare II is almost upon us. The new game from Infinity Ward was announced recently and had gotten a series of fun live-action trailers since that reveal, but we haven’t seen the game in action yet.

Well, that’s not entirely true. I’ve seen the game in action and even got to play some multiplayer (though I’m not allowed to share impressions since it was a pre-alpha build).

The big worldwide reveal for Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare II takes place Wednesday, June 8th at 10 am PT / 1 pm ET which also happens to be when I can share more of my thoughts on the game after my visit to Infinity Ward last week.

Modern Warfare II launches on October 28th, 2022 on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC.

There have been hints and rumors that the game is also coming to Steam but that has not been verified just yet:

There have also been rumors that the game’s co-op mode will be a lot like the indie shooter Escape From Tarkov, with a great deal more depth and replay value than previous iterations of Modern Warfare co-op. We shall see.
