Global Processing Services Selects Simon Stanford as Chief Revenue Officer

Global Processing Services (GPS), a prominent international payment technology platform, today announced that it has expanded its team with the appointment of Simon Stanford as Chief Revenue Officer. Through the appointment of Stanford, GPS is planning to expand its operations to drive revenue growth.

Stanford has joined Global Processing Services from Worldpay, where he led a commercial team of more than 450 people and served as Senior Vice President Group Executive for the EMEA region.

During his extensive career of more than two decades, Stanford worked with names like Samsung Electronics and O2.

Earlier this year, GPS announced a capital injection of more than $400 million. In March 2022, the company confirmed a new partnership with Mastercard, the US-based financial services provider, to accelerate its growth.
