Former American professional boxer and legend Mike Tyson is set to introduce a Mystery Box NFT collection via Binance NFT, the NFT marketplace of Binance, the world’s top cryptocurrency exchange platform by reported trading volume.
Mike Tyson to Drop NFT Collection on Binance NFT
Per the official announcement, Tyson’s NFT collection sale will commence on April 5, 2022, at 11:00 UTC.
Of late, an increasing number of celebrities and athletes can be seen embracing non-fungible tokens (NFTs). Boxing legend Mike Tyson is the latest to join the bandwagon as his team is poised to collaborate with the Binance NFT ecosystem to introduce a collection of 15,000 NFTs to a global audience.
Notably, participants in the Mystery Box NFT sale can purchase the Mystery Box for $44 BUSD, the exchange’s USD-pegged stablecoin on the Binance Smart Chain.
By participating in the sale, Tyson’s fans can unlock ownership of signed Mike Tyson merchandise, including gloves, shorts, T-shirts, warm-up gear, and other autographed items. Further, NFT buyers can also acquire ownership of a never-before-seen Mike Tyson NFT, designed by internationally renowned crypto-native artist Henric Aryee.
There is additional utilities to the Mike Tyson Mystery Box NFT in the form of exclusive access, rewards, and the upcoming information on Mike Tyson NFT and Metaverse launches. Further, holders of the NFT will receive three additional special editions NFTs for free that will be airdropped later in 2022.
Details of the Sale
The Mike Tyson Mystery Box NFT sale on the Binance NFT platform begins on April 5, 2022, at 11:00 AM UTC and runs until April 5, 2022, at 11:00 PM UTC. After the successful conclusion of the primary sale, the secondary market will open.
Notably, participants in the sale can acquire five different designs:
- Bronze (9,000 NFTs): Special Collector’s Edition #1 created by Henric Aryee
- Silver (4,000 NFTs): Special Collector’s Edition NFT #2 created by Henric Aryee
