Mining Rig manufacturers have announced launching of its new miner which speed can boast up to 198 TH/s of computing power
One of the world’s largest bitcoin mining rig manufacturers Bitmain announced its new model of Bitcon miner named Antminer S19 Pro+ Hyd. With the announcement the company has revealed its specifications about its high speed and heavy computing power, lesser energy consumption and overall better efficiency. But the most attention seeking feature of the miner remained its high speed which is almost double of what speed of present top machines.
Latest miner from Bitmain was announced on 17 January 2022 with the statement that Antminer S19 Pro+ Hyd. has launched officially. Alongwith the launch announcement details about miner also disclosed such as its hashrate of 198 terahash/second, its consumption of power is upto 5445W and power efficiency is 27.5 joules per terahash. It is having new technology of liquid cooling, and the company stated as to enter a new era of liquid cooling.

Other than specifications it’s delivery time has been disclosed which will be between May to September 2022, however pricing of the new machine has not been mentioned anywhere in the announcement. Dimensions of the machine would be approx 410 x 196 x 209mm and it would weigh somewhere around 17.5 kg.
Following the details and specifications disclosed by company it would be Bitmain’s most powerful mining rig until the date, that too hydro powered. It would replace the company’s then latest and powerful miner Antminer S19 which has 140 terahash per second of computing power speed.
Most profitable rigs of company are Anymore S19 pro and Microbt Whatsminer M30S++ whose computing powers are 110 th/s and 112th/s respectively. After the announcement of new hydro powered miner, bitcoin mining companies like Greenidge Generation holdings and Bitnile have pre ordered machines batches. They are scheduled to deliver till June 2022.
