Sydney Sweeney Smash ‘The Housemaid’ Gets Streaming Date, Report Says

The Housemaid, the hit psychological thriller starring Sydney Sweeney, Amanda Seyfried and Brandon Skelnar, is reportedly coming soon to digital streaming.

Based on the bestselling novel by Freida McFadden, The Housemaid opens in theaters nationwide Dec. 19, 2025. The logline for the movie reads, “In The Housemaid, Millie’s (Sweeney) new job with the wealthy Winchesters (Seyfried and Sklenar) pulls her into a sexy, seductive game of secrets and power — with shocking twists that keep you guessing to the end.”
