As heavy rains and flooding continue to severely impact Central Vietnam, BingX Charity has announced an expansion of its “One Light, A Thousand Hearts” campaign fund to a total of $200,000 (over 5 billion VND).
This decision was made promptly after multiple areas in Khánh Hòa, Phú Yên, and Đắk Lắk became isolated due to landslides and deep flooding, which have hindered ongoing relief operations.
Immediate Relief and On-Ground Support
During the peak of the flooding, BingX swiftly deployed its first rescue boats to Khánh Hòa to assist local authorities in reaching stranded residents.
At the same time, BingX’s volunteer teams and partner organizations worked urgently to deliver essential goods, clean water, life jackets, and medical supplies to severely flooded regions — ensuring that affected families received timely aid.
From the newly increased fund, $60,000 has been allocated for rescue boats and essential equipment in Khánh Hòa, Phú Yên, and Đắk Lắk, while $40,000 will go directly to families suffering the heaviest losses.

“One Light, A Thousand Hearts” — A Sustained Commitment to Vietnam
Launched in mid-2025, the “One Light, A Thousand Hearts” campaign has gone through three major relief phases, reflecting BingX’s dedication and long-term commitment to Vietnamese communities facing recurring natural disasters.
Phase 1 – $50,000
The first phase was launched following severe storms in Northern Vietnam.
BingX provided $30,000 worth of essential goods and direct aid to residents across nine provinces — including Sơn La, Lào Cai, Tuyên Quang, Thái Nguyên, Lạng Sơn, Nghệ An, Thanh Hóa, Ninh Bình, and Hà Tĩnh.
An additional $20,000 was contributed directly to the Vietnam Fatherland Front (MTTQVN) to strengthen disaster recovery efforts in the hardest-hit areas.
Phase 2 – $50,000
As flooding continued to spread through Central Vietnam, BingX launched a second support phase worth $50,000, all of which was transferred directly to the Vietnam Fatherland Front to reinforce relief budgets for regions affected by Typhoons No. 12 and 13.
This contribution helped accelerate the distribution of food, medicine, and essential supplies to families in severe hardship.
Phase 3 – $100,000
In response to the latest floods in Khánh Hòa, Phú Yên, and Đắk Lắk, BingX committed an additional $100,000, raising the total campaign fund to $200,000.
The resources were immediately mobilized for rescue operations, essential supplies, and direct assistance to affected households.
