How To Make It:
- Make the honey syrup by combining equal parts honey and hot water, then stirring until smooth.
- In a cocktail shaker, add bourbon, Natalie’s Grapefruit Juice, and honey syrup. Fill with ice and shake for about 15 seconds until chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
- With a cocktail pick, garnish with dehydrated grapefruit slices.
4. Tangerine Champagne Sorbet With Natalie’s Tangerine Juice
Whether you’re looking for a refreshing palate cleanser between courses or a delightful treat to end your evening, sorbet always hits the spot. The vibrant flavor of the tangerines truly makes this a *chef’s kiss*.

How To Make It:
- In a pitcher, combine the tangerine juice, prosecco, and lemonade.
- Pour this mixture into ice cube trays and freeze overnight.
- When ready to serve, blend the frozen tangerine champagne ice cubes in a blender or food processor, adding an extra splash of tangerine juice if necessary to achieve a smooth consistency.
- Use an ice cream scoop to add 1-2 scoops of the sorbet to 4 small bowls, then garnish with a sprig of mint.

This one might take a little more effort to mix, but trust me, it’s absolutely worth it. You probably haven’t thought about a pumpkin flavor cocktail before, but I promise, you’ll have zero regrets.

- 2 oz blanco tequila
- 1 oz Cointreau
- 2 pumps of pumpkin syrup
- ½ oz clove simple syrup (1 oz water, 1 tbsp sugar and ¼ tsp whole cloves)
- 2 tbsp pumpkin spice
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Cinnamon stick for garnish
- Lime wedge for garnish
How To Make It:
- Prepare the clove simple syrup by combining the sugar, water, and whole cloves in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 45 seconds, then stir. Allow to cool, then strain the whole cloves out.
- Mix the pumpkin spice and sugar in a small shallow dish. Rim a glass with a lime wedge, dip it into the pumpkin spice sugar mixture, then add ice.
- Pour in the lime juice, tequila, Cointreau, pumpkin spice syrup, ½ oz clove syrup, and stir.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and cinnamon stick.
6. Natalie’s Spiced Pineapple Cocktail

- 1 tbsp agave
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp sugar
How To Make It:
- To a shaker, add ice and all ingredients. Shake well for 30 seconds.
- Rim the glass with agave and a cinnamon-sugar mixture, then add ice.
- Strain the cocktail into the glass and garnish with a few apple slices and a pineapple leaf.
7. Natalie’s Batanga Cocktail
Much like a Cuba Libre, but with tequila instead of rum, Batangas have been around since the 50s and are the perfect drinks to get your party going and add a lively, fun atmosphere!

- 2oz blanco tequila
- 1 bottle of Mexican Coca-Cola
- Flaky sea salt

How To Make It:
- Rim a glass with a bit of lime juice and flaky sea salt.
- Fill the glass with ice, then add the tequila and Natalie’s Lime Juice.
- Top with a Mexican Coca-Cola and stir.
- Garnish with a fresh lime wedge and enjoy!
