After 11 weeks of intense competition, Dancing With the Stars has officially crowned its Season 34 Len Goodman Mirrorball champion. Find out which couple took home the coveted trophy, along with all the scores from the star-studded night, including the fan-favorite Freestyle round.

Alix Earle and Val Chmerkovskiy, Robert Irwin and Witney Carson, Dylan Efron and Daniella Karagach, Elaine Hendrix and Alan Bersten, Jordan Chiles and Ezra Sosa all advanced to Tuesday’s finals after Whitney Leavitt was surprisingly eliminated in the Semi-Finals.

The evening kicked off with an impressive opening number to “Never Can Say Goodbye” by The Communards, choreographed by Joey Pizzi. All of the season’s couples and pros returned to the dance floor one final time, while viewers also enjoyed a special routine from Season 33 winners Joey Graziadei and Jenna Johnson.

During the show, each couple took the stage not once, but three times, before the winner was revealed. The first round was the Judges’ Choice, followed by the difficult Instant Dance challenge, where the pairs aren’t told the dance style or the song until minutes before taking the stage. Finally, all five finalists performed unique Freestyle routines that showcased their personalities.

In the Judges’ Choice round, Carrie Ann, Derek Hough and Bruno Tonioli assigned the couples a new dance style they had never danced before.

Alix Earle and Val Chmerkovskiy performed a Samba to “Hip Hip Chin Chin” by Club des Belugas, as requested by Carrie Ann.

Carrie Ann kicked things off by applauding the content-packed routine, adding that Alix has developed her own fierce, refined style this season. Derek followed by calling the dance “so good,” especially for a samba, one of the hardest styles. He also commended Val for how he’s taught Alix this season. Bruno said Alix was incandescent tonight, noting that as a performer, she’s become an absolute star.

Dylan Efron and Daniella Karagach

Scores: 28/30 (Carrie Ann 9, Derek 9, Bruno 10)

Dylan Efron and Daniella Karagach performed a Paso Doble to “Stampede” by Alexander Jean featuring Lindsey Stirling, as requested by Bruno.

Bruno kicked things off by admiring Dylan’s torso, saying that Michelangelo couldn’t have sculpted a better shape. Carrie Ann added that it was incredible how far he’s come, although she did feel like his hands got a little flat at times. Derek continued by saying that his improvement is so remarkable, calling out his powerful knee walks. He agreed with Carrie Ann on some of the shaping issues, and he thanked Daniella for her choreography this season.

Elaine Hendrix and Alan Bersten

Elaine Hendrix and Alan Bersten performed a Rumba to “Take My Breath Away” by Jae Hall, as requested by Derek.

Derek started off by saying their Rumba was exquisite. He added that this season, Elaine’s been on the hero’s journey, facing a difficult moment in the middle, but coming back from it. Bruno called the routine the perfect balance between sensuality and elegance. Carrie Ann concluded by saying she’s been waiting for Elaine to do a dance like this, where we can fully see her. She thanked Alan for the choreography, which showcased Elaine’s passion.

Robert Irwin and Witney Carson

Scores: 29/30 (Carrie Ann 9, Derek 10, Bruno 10)

Robert Irwin and Witney Carson performed a Quickstep to “Are You Gonna Be My Girl” by Jet, as requested by Derek.

Derek dubbed Robert the quickstep king, adding that the dance was crisp and clean, the frame was strong and their movement across the floor was fantastic. Bruno said Robert has the exhilaration of a cheetah and the power of a lion. Carrie Ann commented that the routine was amazing and wonderful, though she noticed a bit of a stumble, which is why she had to take off a point.

Jordan Chiles and Ezra Sosa

Jordan Chiles and Ezra Sosa performed a Paso Doble to “Breakin’ Dishes” by Rihanna, as requested by Carrie Ann.

While Carrie Ann said she loves how Jordan attacks every moment, she felt that the attack was too strong at the beginning of the routine. She appreciated how Jordan worked on the things they discussed in their meeting before the show. Derek followed up by calling the routine strong, fierce and powerful, and he congratulated Ezra for his first finale. Bruno concluded by applauding Jordan’s power and focus, adding that there was a lot of determination.

Alix Earle and Val Chmerkovskiy drew a Cha Cha to “WHERE IS MY HUSBAND!” by RAYE.

Bruno said the transformation between Alix’s Week 1 dance and now is incredible. Carrie Ann added that she was blown away by the dance and that Alix rose to the occasion. Derek said it was cool to see Alix do this Instant Challenge because it showed what she’s learned throughout the season.

Dylan Efron and Daniella Karagach

Scores: 30/30 (Carrie Ann 10, Derek 10, Bruno 10)

Dylan Efron and Daniella Karagach drew a Foxtrot to “Ordinary” by Alex Warren.

Carrie Ann praised the routine as unbelievable and a true testament to how far they’ve come. She said the dance brought her to tears, and Dylan led like a leading man. Derek was in shock, and he couldn’t believe the level of control Dylan had. He called it one of the best foxtrots he’s seen on the show. Bruno concluded by saying Len would have adored it.

Elaine Hendrix and Alan Bersten

Scores: 27/30 (Carrie Ann 9, Derek 9, Bruno 9)

Elaine Hendrix and Alan Bersten drew a Quickstep to “You Can’t Hurry Love” by The Supremes.

Derek called Elaine the “quickstep queen” and said she did an amazing job, although he noticed a small hiccup. Bruno said there were quite a few foot faults, but that she did very well despite the mistakes. Like her fellow judges, Carrie Ann noticed a few minor errors, but she appreciated how the actress carried herself through the dance in one of the hardest styles chosen so far.

Robert Irwin and Witney Carson drew a Cha Cha to “Cake By The Ocean” by DNCE.

Bruno began by saying that in this Cha Cha, Robert’s placement was much better, his finish had improved, and he was on fire. Carrie Ann agreed and highlighted Robert’s partnership with Witney. Derek admitted that he was nervous for Robert, but said the performance was inspiring and fantastic.

Jordan Chiles and Ezra Sosa

Jordan Chiles and Ezra Sosa drew a Tango to “I Like It” by Alesso and Nate Smith.

Carrie Ann said that what Jordan and Ezra performed was fantastic. She applauded Jordan’s hold, calling it clean and sharp. Derek said he couldn’t think of a better dance for them in this challenge than the Tango. Bruno had just one word: “Fabulous.”

Derek referred to Alix as an “absolute superstar” and said the routine felt like a tango, fusion, arena-tour performance. Bruno likened Alix to a she-wolf leading the pack and said that nothing can stand in her way. Carrie Ann said she was touched by Alix and how she has learned throughout the process and delivered exquisite dances every week. “I feel so connected to your journey,” the judge said, adding that Alix is fabulous.

Dylan Efron and Daniella Karagach

Dylan Efron and Daniella Karagach performed a Freestyle to “Something In The Heavens” by Lewis Capaldi.

Bruno highlighted the beautiful, poetic nature of the freestyle, saying it captured the quality of a dream. Carrie Ann added that she thought the dance was the perfect representation of what Dancing With the Stars is, and that it’s been amazing to see him so emotionally connected. Derek concluded that when he watches Dylan dance, he embodies a beautiful, sincere, and kind masculinity. He also applauded the reality TV star for being such a beautiful partner to Daniella.

Elaine Hendrix and Alan Bersten

Elaine Hendrix and Alan Bersten performed a Freestyle to “I Hope I Get It (from A Chorus Line)” by District 78.

Carrie Ann said that bringing so many people into her freestyle dance says a lot about her, and that it was terrific. Derek noted that Elaine has officially reclaimed her journey in dance and that he’s incredibly proud of what she has achieved. Bruno called their routine a deliciously crafted theatrical treat that played to all of her strengths as an actor.

Robert Irwin and Witney Carson

Robert Irwin and Witney Carson performed a Freestyle to “Black & Gold” by Sam Sparro and “The Nights” by Avicii.

Derek recalled seeing Robert in this very room when he was 11, when his sister Bindi won the Mirrorball Trophy. He called Robert a dancer and thanked him for everything that he had done and his family’s legacy. Bruno said his father sees him, a sentiment that was echoed by Carrie Ann, who said she hopes he will appreciate everyone’s love for him as a form of consolation.

Jordan Chiles and Ezra Sosa

Scores: 30/30 (Carrie Ann 10, Derek 10, Bruno 10)

Jordan Chiles and Ezra Sosa performed a Freestyle to “Motivation” by Normani.

Bruno hailed Jordan as an “incredible showstopper” and said Queen B herself would have loved that routine. Carrie Ann praised Jordan as a powerful woman of color and said she showed everyone how it was done. She also called it the best freestyle she has seen in twenty seasons. Derek, who was in shock, said he thoroughly enjoyed the routine and asked Jordan if she’d been waiting to do that for 10 weeks.

All five finalists received perfect scores for their freestyle routines.

Who Won Dancing With The Stars Season 34?

Robert Irwin and Witney Carson are the winners of Dancing With the Stars Season 34. The pair received the highest combination of judges’ scores and viewers’ votes during the finale on Tuesday, Nov. 25. They will take home the Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy.

The 21-year-old wildlife conservationist and son of the late Crocodile Hunter Steve Irwin captured America’s hearts all season long with his impressive routines and dedication to the dance process. His sister, Bindi Irwin, won the Mirrorball Trophy in Season 21 back in 2015.

“My sister said it best: thank you for changing my life,” Irwin said when he was asked what the experience meant to him.

His partner, Witney, added, “I’m so grateful for Robert, honestly. I feel I already won with him as my friend, and I can’t thank you enough for this gift you’ve given me.”

Alix Earle and Val Chmerkovskiy finished as runners-up, followed by Jordan Chiles and Ezra Sosa in third place, Dylan Efron and Daniella Karagach in fourth, and Elaine Hendrix and Alan Bersten in fifth.

Co-host Alfonso Ribeiro announced that the series doubled the number of votes from last year’s finale, surpassing 72 million. Across the entire season, the show has received more than half a billion votes.

All episodes of Season 34 of Dancing With the Stars are streaming on Disney+. The finale will be available to stream on ABC.com and Hulu the following day.
