AVAX Positions for 2026 Reset as Dominance Rebounds at Key Floor

AVAX Dominance Steadies Near Structural Floor as Analysts Watch Trends
Avalanche’s strong point has once again lifted its dominance back into the 0.20% to 0.25% area, while remaining above the 0.10% to 0.15% structural floor that was established and respected since 2021. The early accumulation phases of the past typically begin in this zone, and it has been the starting point of a market recovery in past cycles.
Market analyst Vuori Trading included in a recent post that AVAX dominance has returned to a crucial base, noting this could mark the very beginning of an “AVAX season” in the early 2026 timeframe. The current chart structure shows a higher low is developing above the dominance floor, while the price action is compounding below the long-term descending trendline from the peak price in 2022 at 1.20%.
As is also true with shifting momentum conditions. The weekly RSI indicator is showing a bullish divergence, with the RSI being above the recent lower low in dominance. The RSI has moved off the 35–40 range, as it is showing firming strength. The chart projections show the likely trendline break might occur from late 2025 to early 2026. If this trendline is broken and we see a sustained movement above the 0.30% – 0.35% area could create a pathway back to the 0.50% – 0.90% area in the next cycle.

AVAX Holds Multi-Year Price Support as Indicators Start to Stabilize
AVAX is trading at $15.65 on November 17, 2025, and it started the month at $18.19, and the current candle is trading within $14.62 and 19.01, with price being maintained to the support zone of $14 to $16, which is clearly a major support/resistance area since 2022, where price has been supported on several occasions, thus preventing deeper drawdowns after several corrections.
The RSI is currently at 44.26, and the signal line is at 48.79, indicating lower downside pressure than in previous months. The MACD is currently reading –2.29, with a signal line at –1.35 and a histogram of –0.95, indicating weakening selling momentum. These types of readings usually happen after extended declines when the market is nearing the completion of such a foundational period of consolidation for a future recovery.
If AVAX continues to support this base, prices may try to return to a reclaim zone near $20 to $22 by early 2026. If the price can break above that area, there may be additional progress toward the zone of $35 to $45 later on in the year, depending on liquidity flows and overall cyclical conditions at that time.
