Key Facts
Joshua, a 6-foot-6 inch, 252-pound boxer, will return to the ring for the first time since he was knocked out by rival and then-IBF champion Daniel Dubois in a fight at Wembley Stadium September 2024.
Paul, 6-foot-1 and typically a cruiserweight (a max of 200 pounds), said beating Joshua would make “every doubt” in him disappear: “To all my haters, this is what you wanted.”
Joshua, who won gold in the 2012 London Olympics and has several heavyweight champion title, has a 28-4 record while Paul, who defeated Mike Tyson in a highly publicized match last year, has a record of 12-1.
Paul, one of the world’s highest-paid content creators, had his most recent Netflix fight canceled when his opponent, Gervonta Davis was sued and accused of aggravated battery, kidnapping and other crimes by his ex-girlfriend.
