Such movements typically indicate internal liquidity management, exchange rebalancing, or institutional allocation tests, which are distinct from typical whale sell-offs involving external wallets or decentralized exchange (DEX) transfers.

Meanwhile, Global investment manager T. Rowe Price recently filed for a new Active Crypto ETF with the U.S. SEC, highlighting Shiba Inu among its digital assets.
