Will Best Altcoins like $HYPER Soar?

Bitcoin is in waiting mode. The market may feel unusually soft, but actually, these pre-FOMC meeting sell-offs are a regular occurrence.

KEY POINTS:

➡️ The Fed is widely expected to cut interest rates by 25-bps today, with markets pricing a 98% chance. This sets the stage for renewed liquidity and a possible altcoin rally.
➡️ $BTC has been stuck ranging between $110K–$116K, but S&P 500 divergence suggests upside potential once policy clarity arrives today.
➡️ Solana ($SOL) leads the bullish sentiment after $69.5M ETF inflows on day one and a major network upgrade that makes transaction queries 1,000x faster and 10x cheaper.
➡️ Bitcoin Hyper ($HYPER) stands out as a top altcoin to watch. The Bitcoin Layer-2 has raised over $25.1M and offers 47% staking rewards to early buyers.

Traders will be glued to the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) meeting today, where a 25-basis-point rate cut is almost guaranteed.

Polymarket odds have the 25-bps rate cut decision at 98% likely. If confirmed, cheaper borrowing could help push liquidity back into risk assets.

Bitcoin ($BTC) has traded sideways between $110K and $116K for most of the week. Any attempt to push to $116K and beyond has been met with large long liquidations, causing the price to drop back down quickly.

This is a classic case of market makers controlling the range to liquidate both short and long positions before allowing everything to bounce after the FOMC meeting.

Bulls need to reclaim $114.9K; otherwise, a retest of $110K could be possible. On-chain data suggests that long-term holders have been reducing their exposure during this period of volatility. Around 4,657 $BTC (worth $523M) moved after sitting dormant for years.

But on a more positive note, traders are watching patterns that paint an interesting picture. Bitcoin is currently underperforming the S&P 500. When this last happened in 2024, $BTC pumped almost 70% in two months.

To back this sentiment, the so-called ‘Trump Insider,’ who has a 12/12 record on trades, opened a new $430M long position ahead of the meeting.

If the market gets a positive reaction and liquidity returns, altcoins look primed to catch a wave of fresh capital. And projects like Bitcoin Hyper ($HYPER), built to scale Bitcoin’s speed and utility, look set to soar.

Ethereum, Solana, and XRP Likely to Lead the Way

Ethereum ($ETH) is hovering around $4K as traders await a dovish Fed. ETF inflows this week have been positive, signalling institutions are hopeful of a charge back toward all-time highs.

But it’s Solana ($SOL) that is stealing the spotlight this week, as the Bitwise Solana Staking ETF ($BSOL) launched yesterday and recorded $69.5M in first-day inflows.

Add to this the fact that developers have rolled out a major network upgrade that ‘changes Solana forever,’ and you can see why Solana is shrouded in bullish sentiment as it sits around $201.

The upgrade replaces the old Google BigTable system with a distributed storage model that makes transaction queries 1,000x faster and 10x cheaper. This results in smoother performance, instant historical data access, and a network that’s now as efficient as it is liquid.

Meanwhile, XRP ($XRP) is also back in the center stage after Ripple-backed Evernorth acquired $1B worth ahead of its Nasdaq debut. This move could mark one of the biggest accumulations tied to a public listing in recent months.

With $XRP at $2.66, deep-pocketed investors are likely positioning ahead of the next action.

Together, these all point toward renewed risk appetite across the industry, with capital freely pouring into altcoins. As Layer-1s reclaim momentum, the question is what comes next for scalability and speed? Cue $HYPER.

Bitcoin Hyper ($HYPER) – Bitcoin’s Layer-2 Execution Engine

Bitcoin Hyper ($HYPER) is the first true Layer-2 for Bitcoin, built using Solana’s Virtual Machine (SVM) to unlock the speed and scalability the network has always lacked.

Bitcoin’s biggest limitation has been throughput. It works as a store of value, but not as a functional base for dApps or real-time payments.

Bitcoin Hyper ($HYPER) Layer-2 for powering Bitcoin scalability.

$HYPER fixes that by letting users bridge $BTC into its Layer-2 network, transact instantly with near-zero fees, and settle back securely to Bitcoin’s main chain using zero-knowledge proofs. This design makes it fast, cheap, and trustless.

So far, $HYPER has raised over $25.1M in its presale, with tokens priced at $0.013185 and staking rewards set at 47%. Analysts forecast a Bitcoin Hyper price prediction of $0.15 by 2026 — more than 10x gains from today’s price.

With the Fed’s expected 25-bps rate cut likely to pump fresh liquidity into risk assets, projects combining strong tech with utility look poised to benefit most.

Bitcoin Hyper acts as the execution layer where that new liquidity can actually be put to use. It bridges Bitcoin’s store-of-value base with the performance layer it’s always needed.
