There was no way the WWE was going to Perth, Australia for a major premium live event and not booking Roman Reigns and Bronson Reed on the card. On Monday night, on the latest episode of Raw, we got it confirmed.

WWE Crown Jewel 2025 Full Card

The beauty of this year’s Crown Jewel card is that most of the matches–especially the high stakes ones–could go a variety of ways. There’s room for unexpected interference, face and heel turns and more. The best premium live events are the ones that are compelling for more than just the match results.

There’s also intrigue around how the stories will develop.

John Cena’s farewell tour seems destined to run through Brock Lesnar again at some point. While he was decimated by the Beast at Wrestlepalooza, one has to wonder if and when their paths will cross again. Could Lesnar show up at Crown Jewel to attack Cena again? It’s possible.

Also, will Randy Orton somehow cost Cody Rhodes the Crown Jewel ring? Many expect Seth Rollins to win, but the question is more how he’ll get it done. This promo with Rollins and Paul Heyman was masterful.

Fans seem to be vibing with me on this one. A scan of social media reaction suggest Crown Jewel is one of the most balanced and story-rich cards in a while. Adding Reigns and Reed to the card delivers home-field factors and unpredictability.

There is some justifiable concerns that WWE could overbook some of these matches especially on the heels of the largely underwhelming Wrestlepalooza card. I’ll say this, under Triple H’s creative leadership the brand has rarely if ever strung back-to-back stinkers together as it pertains to PLE quality.

In any case, I’m excited to watch and cover this card. I’ll be dropping my thoughts through the week and we’ll see if Smackdown adds yet another match to the Crown Jewel card.
