Ripple’s ecosystem has scored a major win in Asia as the XRP Ledger is set to power the digital supply chain finance platform of Linklogis, one of China’s leading fintech providers.
The collaboration will see Linklogis use XRPL’s mainnet to tokenize invoices and enable cross-border settlements tied to real trade flows. By moving supply chain receivables onto the blockchain, the partnership aims to boost liquidity, speed up financing, and strengthen trust in trade-related assets.
Expanding Beyond Trade Finance
According to the companies, the partnership will extend into areas such as stablecoin development, smart contract–driven trading of supply chain assets, and the integration of blockchain with artificial intelligence for more advanced financing solutions.
For Linklogis, which handled RMB 20.7 billion in cross-border assets across 27 countries last year, the integration highlights how blockchain is becoming central to global trade infrastructure. For Ripple, it represents a major step in embedding XRPL within one of the world’s largest economies.
Ripple’s Growing Asia Presence
The deal comes amid a wave of Ripple activity across Asia. In South Korea, BDACS recently launched institutional custody services for XRP, giving regulated access to major exchanges. In Japan, SBI Holdings is preparing to list Ripple’s upcoming RLUSD stablecoin on its trading platform and has plans for yen-backed tokens. Ripple also partnered with Web3 Salon, offering up to $200,000 in grants for XRPL projects.
With trillions of dollars in trade flowing through China’s supply chain annually, the Linklogis integration could significantly strengthen XRPL’s global footprint while solidifying Ripple’s position in Asia’s digital finance landscape.
