SatoshiMeme ($SATOSHI), a meme coin project jointly developed by P2P Foundation and Commons Foundation, announced it has launched its first token presale.
Scheduled to commence on August 1st at 18:00 (UTC+9), the presale has launched with a limited allocation of 8 billion SATOSHI out of the total token supply. While the team has revealed that the presale will consist of 8 phases, the next phase will begin immediately after the first one is completed.
To control the purchase of the asset during the presale, the team plans to increase the token prices at each stage gradually. To reward early adopters, participants of the first presale will be allowed to secure tokens at prices up to 50% lower than subsequent phase participants.
Notably, the memecoin project has been designed to reinterpret Satoshi Nakamoto’s philosophy and economic perspective for the modern era.
 
Choi Yong-kwan, the Chairman of Common Foundation, commented on the presale launch, saying;
“The first presale allocation is limited to 8 billion SATOSHI, and considering the pre-launch interest, we expect it to sell out quickly. We encourage interested investors to participate right at the launch time.”
To participate in the $SATOSHI presale, investors are required to send USDT to the wallet address provided on the official website and install the WONPAY app, a dedicated MicroBitcoin wallet, to generate a wallet address.
Subsequent purchases will only require participants to email the transaction details (TXID) along with the wallet address to acquire the SATOSHI token. Support for Tron (TRC-20), Solana, and BSC networks allows participants to choose their preferred network freely.
During the first presale, participants can purchase a minimum of 1 million $SATOSHI and a maximum of 8 billion $SATOSHI collectively, with the team guaranteeing an automatic distribution within 24 hours after the sale’s completion.
As the presale attracts more attention to the fast-emerging meme token, the project team revealed that they have begun discussions with various major exchanges for listing and are preparing for exchange listings after presale completion.
