SEVENTEEN Return To The U.S. For ‘[NEW_] In U.S. World Tour’

K-pop superstars SEVENTEEEN return to the U.S. for their new world tour, SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [NEW_] IN U.S. this fall!

The U.S. leg of the tour kicks off on October 11 in Tacoma, WA and will hit the major cities, including Los Angeles, CA (October 16 & 17), Austin, TX (October 21 & 22), and Sunrise, FL (October 26 & 27) before finishing in Washington, DC on October 30. Before they head to the U.S., they’ll perform two consecutive shows at Incheon Asiad Main Stadium in Korea on September 13 & 14. There may be more additional dates and cities announced at a later time.

Now in their 10th year as a group, celebrating their decade anniversary in May, the group is ready for the next chapter in their lives. The tour title ‘NEW_’ symbolizes a bold new chapter for SEVENTEEN, comprised of S.COUPS, JEONGHAN, JOSHUA, JUN, HOSHI, WONWOO, WOOZI, THE 8, MINGYU, DK, SEUNGKWAN, VERNON and DINO. The underscore following the word ‘new’ means limitless potential for reinventing themselves.

Members Jeonghan and Wonwoo are currently serving their South Korean mandatory military service. Hoshi and Woozi’s unit SEVENTEEN HxW are currently on a fan-concert [WARNING] tour, which will make a stop at this year’s KCON M Countdown before their scheduled enlistment in September of this year.

The ‘NEW_’ IN U.S. tour will have nine of its members, who recently showcased their solo skills on their 5th Studio Album, HAPPY BURSTDAY, which debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200. The album sold over 2.52 million copies in its first week, the highest first-week sales for any K-pop release this year.

CARATs – the name for the fandom – can register their membership on Weverse now through Sunday, August 3 (by 10pm ET) to participate in the presale. Please note, memberships must be processed based on U.S. membership to prevent duplicate purchases. CARAT Membership Presale runs from Tuesday, August 5 at 3pm local time. The general sale then begins the next day on Wednesday, August 6 at 3pm local time. The tour will offer VIP packages for fans that include access to the pre-show soundcheck, VIP gift item and lanyard, and early entry to the venue.
