Good Vibes Club opens the doors of Vibetown to everyone

After more than 3 years of work, the progetto NFT Vibetown will finally open to everyone.

The launch of the Good Vibes Club, scheduled for March 11, has been officially announced on X.

Vibetown NFT: Good Vibes Club (GVC)

Vibetown is a project of the Good Vibes Club based on NFT, in collaboration with SuperRare and the animation studio Toast.

Good Vibes Club (GVC) is a brand presented by Toast and SuperRare.

Unlike many other projects in the NFT field, it is based on quality, particularly of the images, so much so that they believe each individual piece should be crafted with care.

On their official website, they claim that many PFP collections have been created using rapid generative methods, with traits layered on transparent backgrounds and without depth.

The idea of GVC, on the other hand, was to raise the bar of what is possible in digital art, bringing the same level of attention to detail on a larger scale.

The goal was achieved by leveraging, for example, in-camera rendering, which captures the nuances that make 3D beautiful. In this way, the same stroke will appear different depending on the surrounding strokes, thanks to lighting, reflections, and GI bounce.

They state that achieving this with a generative collection was indeed more challenging, so much so that it required building a completely customized pipeline, which has been in development for over 3 years.

Their mission is to spread the best VIBES on Web3 with content that makes you feel good. They also promise that the 3D PFP collection, the highest quality and most curated ever, is just the beginning.

What is Vibetown and what NFT collection will be launched?

Vibetown is the world created by GVC.

The launch next Tuesday plans the release of the collection of 6,969 NFTs, which will be airdropped to those who participated in the pre-sale.

The pre-sale price is 0.069 ETH, but after Tuesday’s minting, auctions will be opened with a minimum bid of 0.069 ETH and a maximum bid of 0.15 ETH.

Of the 6,969 NFT, 3,914 will go to the treasury or to those who purchased in pre-sale, while another 3,055 will be released later.

The NFT market

To tell the truth, the NFT market has been in a strong crisis for several months now.

Taking as a reference the floor price of CryptoPunks, after the peak above 120 ETH at the end of 2021, there was a real collapse during the bear-market of 2022, down to below 50 ETH.

The collapse then continued throughout 2023, only to hit bottom after mid-2024 at just over 20 ETH.

With the Trump trade of November, the floor price had risen back above 40 ETH, but in 2025 it fell back to 35.

Compared to the historical highs of 2021, the accumulated loss so far is 71%, which is actually even lower than that of some altcoins, such as Dogecoin.

Examining other famous collections, such as Bored Ape Yacht Club, it turns out that things have gone even worse.

The peak in this case was reached in the early months of 2022, with the subsequent collapse halting in mid-2024. The current floor price of Bored Ape Yacht Club is 91% lower compared to the highs of three years ago.

The possible recovery

These data, which are quite in line with those of other crypto markets, suggest that the bottom of the NFT market might have been reached in 2024.

On the other hand, during the last major bull run, the NFT market moved with several months of delay compared to the crypto one, so it makes sense that the bottom also arrived later.

However, if for the main cryptocurrencies the bear-market lasted only about a year, for NFTs it lasted more than two years, and this can be similar to what happened to the minor altcoins.

At this point, however, there seems to be an attempt at a rebound for the NFT market, although it is not certain that this will inevitably lead to the start of a new bull run.

Certainly, a potential new bull run in crypto could also help the NFT market, and perhaps this time as well, NFT prices might move with a few months’ delay compared to cryptocurrencies.

It should still be highlighted how it seems easier for the best performances to be achieved by new projects, rather than by those that already made a splash in 2021.
