The legal dispute between Burwick Law and Pump.Fun took an ugly turn. Recently the law firm reported that their legal team and some plaintiffs got violent threats and have been doxxed.

According to the law firm, the platform permitted some offensive tokens targeting their family, and all these things are targeted to intimidate him.

On this Max Burwick, managing partner of Burwick Law expressed their anger and said,

“As an attorney, my responsibility is to represent my clients zealously. I expect opposition in my work, but I will not tolerate threats and harassment directed at my family.”

Max Burwick Alleges Pump.Fun Misused His Family Images

In an X post, Burwick stated that the Pump.Fun platform facilitates tokens containing his family’s personal information and images. He added the platform shared images of his grieving mother whose husband (Burwick’s father) passed away less than a year ago.

Moreover, the platform also shared the information and pictures of his cognitively disabled sister. Burwick says that this is targeted harassment and a threat to distract him from ongoing litigation.

Max Burwick revealed that the platform is also doing unauthorized fundraising using his family images. He said the platform is targeting these actions to scare him and mislead the public.

Burwick has already filed a police case and escalated this issue to a criminal investigation. The Pump.fun lawsuit is facing new twists as it progresses.
