Hamilton Tokenization Protocol Secures $1.7 Million in Pre-Seed Funding to Bring Assets to Bitcoin

On January 21st, COINOTAG reported that the RWA Tokenization Protocol, known as Hamilton, has successfully wrapped up a $1.7 million Pre-Seed funding round. This funding was spearheaded by DisrupTech Ventures, with key participation from notable entities including CMS, DeSpread, Hyperithm, and Core Ventures, among other strategic backers. Hamilton’s innovative approach seeks to bridge the gap between traditional financial instruments and the robust security offered by Bitcoin, enhancing the tokenization landscape. The protocol is set to unveil three primary products: HUSD, a Bitcoin-native stablecoin collateralized by U.S. bonds; HUST, which represents tokenized U.S. Treasury bonds; and Publius, a platform tailored for authorized financial institutions to tokenize various assets.
