This advancement could potentially lead to a **50% increase** in the overall **throughput** of the Ethereum blockchain. By focusing on increasing **latency** based on summarization and optimizing the capacity of **blobs**—temporary data structures used to alleviate Layer 2 network costs—the proposal seeks to address existing bottlenecks within the network efficiently.
