BlackRock, Hashdex, and Pando Asset have filed revised S-1 filings with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). According to Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart, BlackRock’s spot Bitcoin ETF is expected to receive $10 million in seed funding on January 3.
