KJ Jefferson’s Big Decision Looms Over Arkansas Razorbacks Program

After putting together one of the most illustrious careers for an Arkansas Razorbacks quarterback, KJ Jefferson has a big decision to make. Will he decide to enter the transfer portal or stay with Arkansas for his final year of eligibility? Reports earlier in the week suggested Jefferson might leave, but nothing has been close to confirmed from Arkansas or the longtime starting quarterback himself.

This past season for Arkansas, Jefferson threw for 19 touchdowns to eight interceptions with a lack of outside talent. Entering a higher-end program could see Jefferson back to the gaudy statistics witnessed in 2022 with 22 passing touchdowns, plus another nine on the ground with elite throwing efficiency.

The Razorbacks experienced an extremely disappointing campaign, which saw Jefferson and many others enter the portal. Head coach Sam Pittman’s seat is hot entering next season, too, not easing any concerns.
