Bitget: crypto exchange shortlisted for Fintech Finance Award 2023 in cryptocurrency category
Bitget announced that it has been selected as a finalist in the ‘Best in Crypto’ category of the Fintech Finance (FF) Awards 2023.
Bitget’s nomination as a finalist came alongside other crypto companies such as Alchemy Pay, Bitwave, Zumo and Wirex.
In particular, fintech media outlet Fintech Finance News put the nominations out to vote, with over 250 videos submitted. Their audience cast over 6,000 votes, totalling over 18,000 minutes of video viewing.
After two intense weeks, Bitget stood out among the finalists, highlighting its unassailable position in the cryptocurrency arena.
Bitget: crypto exchange recognised in the cryptocurrency space at the FF Awards 2023
For Bitget, being a finalist in the FF Awards 2023 is recognition of the excellence and innovation it offers in an ever-changing financial landscape.
Jamie Elkaleh, Country Manager at Bitget, commented:
“We are incredibly proud of the wide range of services we provide to our global community. This nomination is a testament to our dedication and recognition of the value we bring to the crypto space.”
However, this recognition as a finalist in the FF Awards 2023 is not the only one the crypto exchange and its team have achieved this month alone.
In fact, Bitget’s Managing Director, Gracy Chen, was recently named a member of the Forbes Business Council, the platform where established business leaders come together to discuss and share best practices.
Members are hand-picked and participate in discussions on current issues affecting industries and the global business landscape. It is a forum that combines real-world knowledge with the latest research to drive growth, innovation and ethical business practices.
Specifically, Chen will provide input on the topics of decentralised finance, blockchain innovation and diversity in technology.
In recognising Chen’s leadership, the appointment also underlines Bitget’s commitment to shaping the future of crypto.
The NewDegen 2023 on-chain trading contest
Also this October, Bitget Wallet, the decentralised multi-chain wallet formerly known as BitKeep Wallet, launched a new on-chain trading competition: NewDegen 2023.
Running from 19 October to 18 November, the competition welcomes Web3 and trading enthusiasts with USDT 100,000 in prizes and the chance to earn SBT medals.
Specifically, instead of Bitget’s crypto exchange, the tournament will take place on Bitget Swap, the decentralised exchange (or DEX) integrated into the Bitget Wallet platform and cross-chain aggregator.
The NewDegen 2023 is a testament to the growth of the decentralised finance ecosystem, or DeFi, and celebrates the evolution of Bitget Wallet together with all industry enthusiasts.
