Jung Kook Charts Two Of The Three Biggest Songs In The World

Jung Kook continues to dominate the global music charts with his latest single, “3D,” which immediately solidifies its status as the biggest song in the world. While securing the top spot on the global stage is a remarkable achievement in itself, it appears that one triumph is not enough for the BTS star, as he simultaneously claims two of the world’s top tracks.

“3D,” a collaboration between Jung Kook and Jack Harlow, makes a grand entrance by debuting at No. 1 on the Billboard Global 200 chart, a weekly ranking that measures the most-consumed songs worldwide. The track storms to the top of the chart with an impressive 104.3 million streams and 119,000 copies sold, according to Billboard.

This latest win marks the second time Jung Kook has claimed the throne on the Billboard Global 200. Earlier this year, his breakout solo hit, “Seven,” featuring rapper Latto, also reigned supreme on the same chart for seven nonconsecutive weeks before gradually descending.

In this current charting cycle, Jung Kook comes tantalizingly close to achieving a rare feat of having the top two songs in the world. While “3D” takes the coveted No. 1 position, “Seven” continues to maintain its strong presence despite months on the chart, holding steady at No. 3. This remarkable achievement means that Jung Kook now owns two of the three most-consumed tracks on the planet. The only tune that interrupts his impressive streak is Doja Cat’s former chart-topper, “Paint the Town Red,” which occupies the runner-up spot.

Both “Seven” and “3D” serve as singles from Jung Kook’s highly anticipated debut solo album, Golden. The title is scheduled to drop on November 3, and it remains to be seen whether Jung Kook will surprise his audience with another song from the album before its official drop.
